What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus gives 60 voice minutes and 500 messages per month — enough to tell your life story in full. Pro raises that to 200 minutes and 2,000 messages per month and adds unlimited family contributors, for deeper multi-generational memoirs.
Do voice minutes and messages roll over?
Paid-plan quotas reset at the start of each billing month and don't roll over. The free plan is a one-time allowance that doesn't reset.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and you can cancel whenever you like — your memoir and stories stay yours.
